Why don't I just buy a cheap employee handbook?

How much will this cost?
We offer 3 affordable packages. One is the Arbitration Agreement. This is the single most important document employer can have to avoid high cost labor lawsuits. Second is the full policies and procedures, that includes the arbitration. Lastly we have the full package where we actually come to you work site for a day and audit everything to create the policies specifically around your business.
How long does this take?
We can typically create your arbitration agreement in one week. If its the full policies and procedures two weeks. If you want an onsite audit it may take longer because it would be dependent on your availability to schedule an attorney to come to your workplace for the day.
How does the Free consultation work?
We want to make sure you are comfortable with the value you are getting before buying. We offer a Free 15 minute consultation so you can tell us about your business and we can explain specifically how we can help.
What is the general process?
First we have an initial free consultation to discuss your needs. If you decide to move forward we take care of the payment with you. We then schedule a longer one hour phone consultation to get more details on your company. After that we create your custom policies and procedures reaching out to you as needed. Finally we deliver the package to you and have a final consultation to go over everything with you.
